Shipping Policy

  We at Glitzy Nangai , once we receive the order, we process and ship it within 2-5 days of time,through registered courier companies.

 

Once shipped, (as per delivery partner’s norms) the product will reach within  4 -9 working days for all within India orders, However Glitzy Nangai company is not liable if there is any delay in delivery by the courier company but definitely will be supportive, in tracking down the package through courier service provider.

 

Majority of our orders are delivered within one week to major metro cities in India and we ship from Monday to saturday,excluding sundays, festival days and other public holidays. If you are looking for express delivery, kindly drop a mail or whatsapp to our number, subject to availability, the same can be processed at extra costs if applicable.

Once we ship products from our location, we will send you the airway bill number along with the courier company details through email.

Please note for orders above Rs 5000, free Shipping will be applicable, and for orders below 5000 rs shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and quantity of items purchased. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight and destination.

Customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges on their own for returning back item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.

If products needs to be shipped to multiple addresses, from the same order, must be ordered separately and individual shipping charges will be applicable as per order and destination.

All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept the package from the delivery person,Also procure a photo proof of the same to our email id wecare4you@glitzynangai.com , to process your refund, If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition, and we will be unable to fulfill any exchange or refund request.

Please note  Glitzy Nangai wont be liable for courier delays or returns caused by insufficient or incorrect address or any other incomplete contact details. kindly make sure that you provide accurate details while ordering to avoid delays or non-delivery. Two-way shipping charges will be charged additionally if the parcel is returned to us and if you want us to resend the same to your correct address.
