Returns / Exchange and Refunds Policy

We at Glitzy Nangai believe “Only our Customers can make it possible for us to continue, with our business and its purpose” So we make sure , customer expectations are met & happy , hence from our end we double quality check our products before we ship.But however We’ve all had “one of those days” at work. If such unfortunate circumstances displease you, kindly contact us within 3 days of the date of product delivered. We accept returns only if following measures have met

  • In case of any damaged product received, we request you to,Kindly share UNPACKING video without any kind of editing either you can whatsapp us to 7845513177 or Email  us to our  ID wecare4you@glitzynangai.com. If necessary points have met, you will be receiving an approval message or Email from our team regarding returns. Only after the confirmation we request you to ship the product back to us.

 

  • Once we receive we will be checking whether the product is unused and also must be under the same condition which we sent, along with original packing, with tags.

 

  • WE at Glitzy Nangai ensure we pack our products securely, but if you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery. Kindly do not accept the parcel and we request you to provide us photo evidence in the presence of the delivery person, and return the package to him/her. After checking from our end refund will be issued.

 

  • Products which have been crafted by hand , may have slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment or weaving. Any weaving or embroidery irregularities or shade variations are characteristic of the fabric and cannot be considered defects. And returns or exchange will not be accepted for the same.

 

  • Colours as you see in the website may vary from the actual colours of the garments due the process of photography and change of display settings in devices.
  • We request you to go through size specifications before ordering any product, Also we confirm all our products have seam allowances for customer conveniences and only genuine cases with human error from our end, will be taken in to consideration, in case of returns or exchanges. 

 

  • Kindly note we wont be able to pick the product incase of returns and customer needs to ship the product to us, once product reaches to us and after quality check by our team, Refund will be initiated to the source account from which the payment was made, refunds cant be provided as cash or any other form, regarding shipping charges which the customer spent to send the product  back to us will be partially reimbursed along with the refund as per circumstances. But however shipping charges which was charged initially to ship the order cant be refunded. Refunded amount will get credited in your account in your source account in 7 to 10 working days or  as per your bank’s policy.

 

  • If product has been sent without any approval email or message from our end, refund wont be provided.

 

  • Only for certain cases we accept exchanges, subject to product availability, so we request to go through all specifications and descriptions before ordering, to avoid efforts go in vain, at both our end.
